Weekend Breakfast:
Italian pancakes - I made half the recipe. These were better than expected. I little floury tasting, the fruit covers that up.

Luncbox Recipe:
I include other items in the lunch to make it balanced and healthy. These are just the items that used recipes.
Lemon blueberry bread decreased sugar to 1/2 cup, and used oil instead of butter. I didn’t make the glaze.
Apple butter muffins used coconut oil instead of butter, and decreased the sugar to 1/2 cup. These turned out okay, but I thought they were kind of oily. If I made again I would try decreasing the fat to 1/3 cup.

Fresh cranberry relish - we never add this much sugar. We only do a couple tablespoons.
