July 8 menu #296

Breakfast:
Jackfruit, cereal
Rhubarb Scones, hasbrowns, apple juice

Lunch:
leftovers
clementines, mini corn dogs
yogurt parfait
Sandwiches, clementines, chips

Snack:
mini muffins
raspberries

Dinner:
Sun: Eat it up night

Mon:  BLAT
          Cantaloup
          Pickle spears

           Fruit salad (blueberries, mango, cherries, strawberries, jackfruit, cantaloup)


Thurs:  Sloppy Janes **
            Sweet potatoes   both kids liked these.
            Cantaloup
            Yogurt

            **Used ground turkey instead of beef
    
Fri:  Flatbread

        Steak with this marinade**
        Spinach salad
        Bread & butter

       **I used this as inspiration after reading the reviews.  I decreased the Worcestershire sauce to 2 tablespoons, used 1 teaspoon fresh garlic instead of powder, omitted the basil.
