Oct 4 Menu #412

 Breakfast:  

Fruit

Blueberry coffee cake - decreased the brown sugar mixture by half, and skipped the powder sugar

   yogurt


Cereal


Hashbrowns w/ham & peppers

   cinnamon-raisin toast


Lunch:    

Chicken smackers

      green beans

      breadstick

      pears


Pumpkin flax pancakes

     apples


Pizza bites

     pears


Dinner:  

Pizza

   salad


Chicken pot pie soup - i didn't make the pie crust stuff

   rosemary breadstick

   pineapple


Zucchini tacos


Baked sweet potato fries

   tomato basil soup

   grilled cheese sandwich


Easy beef broccoli

   brown rice

   oranges


Veggie and/or Turkey sandwiches

    fruit


Pumpkin waffles 

     apple cider syrup

     breakfast sausage
