 Lunch:   

Whole grain blueberry muffin

Dinner:


Sheet-pan Easter dinner - I used 1/2 cream and 1/4 cup broth and added more broth if it got too thick.  Also cooked the carrots with the potatoes. Put the ham with the asparagus.

Dinner rolls instead of the biscuits.

Pavlova with strawberries

Parmesan orzo and meatballs
