 Breakfast:  

Dark Chocolate zucchini muffins I did about half the sugar


Yogurt parfaits

Cucumber mint sandwich

Quick hoisin chicken stir-fry (onion & peppers, pea pods)

California grilled veggie sandwich - used parmesan instead of feta

home made fries/potato wedges

Easy meatballs

Fri:

Home made pizza  


sat:

Beet brown rice and chickpea burger - good flavor, didn't hold shape well. it could have been that I was a little short on beets
