Breakfast:
Carrot cake muffins - good, would make again.
Easy crockpot apple cinnamon oatmeal - pretty good, definitely easy. I put the crockpot on a timer to start so it wouldn't over cook overnight. We had a lot leftover so I would make a smaller batch next time.
