Jan 23 menu

My 16 year old planned this weeks menu.


 Breakfast:  

Snickerdoodle overnight oats - too much cinnamon, otherwise ok


No bake energy balls


Lunch:


Cranberry streusel muffins - was told these were the best muffins i've ever made


Wow Butter & Jelly sandwich


Bagel


one of the above with:
Cheese & salami
Fruit
Pea pods
Popcorn or chips
Apple sauce

Snack:

Hazelnut date cake - I made it because I currently can't eat wheat, cane sugar, or yeast, and I wanted something bready. Considering it doesn't contain any of those things, it's not bad... not good either. 

Dinner:

Sun:

Tomato soup

Grilled veggie sandwich  


Mon:

 Veggie Korma

 Naan bread


Tues:

Baked chicken nuggets - we used to call this corn flake chicken. 

Potato wedges

Salad


Wed:

Blueberry whole grain buttermilk pancakes

Yogurt

Hashbrowns


Thurs: 

Walking tacos 

Air fried green beans


Fri:

Veggie stir-fry

Rice


Sat:

Spaghetti
