Vegetable pakora - these were ok. I felt like these were a little easier to cook than similar recipes I've made.

Instant pot leek mashed potatoes - lacked flavor as written.

Air frier falafel - best falafel I've made. I tried both oven and air frier with similar results. These were very dry in mouth feel.

No bake (vegan) raspberry cheesecake - Family rating out of 10: (8, 8, 6, -5). Most thought it was pretty good, one hated it.
Sat:
Taco spaghetti squash boats - I used to make a similar recipe that was better, that recipe disappeared so I don't know why it was better.
