Breakfast:
Mango blueberry smoothie
cereal, apple sauce
triple berry smoothie, bagels
Mini chocolate chip muffins
Cereal, fruit

Lunch:
Mac & cheese
leftovers

Snack:
soft pretzel 
fruit

Dinner
Sun:   Quinoa & Black Beans - Left overs are good cold with avacado.
           Fruit 
           baby carrots


Tues: Brats 
          Potato Salad 
         Cantaloup

Wed:  Salad

Thurs:  Caprese panini
            fruit salad

        Rice
        Oranges


Sat: Kids - Pizza
        Adults - Winter Carnival
