Citrus Paradise Smoothie***
Omlet, yogurt, oranges
***This is a recipe my daughter created
15 fresh strawberries
2 fresh clementine oranges (or 1/2 cup canned)
1/2 milk
Approx 1 cup ice
1 tsp sugar
4 drops of lemon or orange edible essential oil
Throw all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
Lunch:
Diner roll, pik-nik, applesauce, grapes
Pumpkin muffins, chips, applesauce, juice, grapes
Mini corn dogs, corn, oranges, canned pineapple
French toast sticks, yogurt, grapes, canned peaches
Salami, crackers, pringles, applesauce, juice, grapes
Cheese pizza, apple, canned pears
Smoothie, jello, applesauce, canned oranges (day 2 with braces)
Snacks:
yogurt
Pumpkin spice almonds
Go-gurts, banana, mini-muffins
Dinner:
Sun: Vegetarian korma
Rice
Pomegranate
Mon: Lasagna
Side salad
Grapes
