 This is posted late, and we are missing a months of posts because I had to go out of town for a urgent family matter.

Pretzel bun wow butter apple sandwich

Green salad with pita - ok recipe, not the best

Tator tot hot dish - this is the basic recipe. I did i can cream of potato, and one can cream of celery. I omitted the season salt.

Corn & goat cheese quesadilla - pretty good

Fri: 

Sweet sour chicken tenders - everyone thought it needed more sauce.  I decreased the sugar some.

Pasta with creamy zucchini sauce - pretty good. Mine did not turn out a vibrant green, more like a day old avocado color.

Pumpkin spice waffles - good solid recipe

Wed:

Roasted garlic cauliflower - daily good for cauliflower (it's not my favorite vegetable)

BBQ pork tenderloin in a crock pot - this is my go to shredded pork recipe
