Breakfast:
Yogurt, fruit smoothie, bagels
Cinnimon rolls, mixed fruit
toast, oranges
bagels, apple slices
cereal, eggs, grapes

Lunch:
Pasta, salad, mixed fruit
Orange chicken, veggies, oranges
sandwich, broccoli, apple slices
nachos, salsa, corn, grapes
chicken, carrots, pears

Snacks:
grapes
apples, wheat thins

DInner:
Sun:  Chicken Salad Sandwich
          Broccoli Salad
          Grapes

Mon:  Hazel’s Pick - Nachos

Tues:  Ben’s pick - hamburger 
         home fries
         pineapple
        left over broccoli salad   
          

Thurs:  pumpkin soup
            bread
            salad

Fri:  Ben’s Pick - Popcorn
        cheese stick
        strawberries

Sat:  Dinner at friends
