Sweet Sour Red Cabbage
Sauerbraten is by far my favorite German food. Usually it involves
merinading a roast for several days before cooking it. It's a long
process that only happens every few years in my house. I dought this will
be as good but I'm willing to try the shortcut.

Kringle : Crust with Blueberry Filling
Dinner - Spaghetti & meat balls (Child's Request)

ReplyDeleteThe ham glaze was very good as was the squash. My husband like that the squash was soft with a crispy topping.
The sauerbraten turned out really good. Will make again.
The kringle was good but not fanstastic. Not sure it was worth all the work. The pie filling was a bit much for the dough. Just using a good jelly would probably be better. But the blueberry filling was good if you need a pie filling.
