Amish broccoli salad - Delicious, same dressing as my fav 7 layer salad (skip the salt, and decreased sugar)  Added peas.  Green onion would be a good addition

Plant-based Orange chicken - made both chicken and plant-based.  My version: 6 tsp cornstarch, Double orange, ginger and garlic

Chickpea taco salad - better than expected.  would make again

March 6 menu #487

 Dinner: 

Sheet pan pineapple chicken fajitas - pretty good. 


Baked lemon garlic chicken - My spouse choose this recipe.  The end result was fine, but I prefer in written recipe rather than following a video.  We used 1 pound of chicken breast, and decreased all the other ingredients accordingly.    We also didn't marinade the chicken.  She's just sprinkling seasoning on it, not a marinade, so this step just doesn't make sense.
