Air fryer banana bread - flavor was good, but my air fryer didn’t cook it properly. The crust was very done but the middle wasn’t.

Hoisen glazed pork chops - Cook pork in a high heat oil (not seasame), and your oil shouldn’t reach smoking point (that’s when free radicals form). Cook meat to 145 degrees F.
