REVIEW OF LAST WEEK:

Hamburgers were pretty good.  It was raining so I cooked them on the indoor grill.  4yr old ate 1 1/2 burgers. 4 stars
Oven Fries were also good but I decreased the amount of seasonings by a lot.  I cooked them on the pizza stone and they were crispy.  They only needed to be cooked 30 minutes total.  I had pretty small potatoes. 4 stars

The Kabobs I've made before.  It was raining/snowing today so I skipped the skewers and cooked them in a skillet instead.

Oct 7th Menu #12

Most of these recipes are new and I haven't really read through them.  There is a chance that I will change my mind when I do the shopping list.

Menu:


Su:  Breakfast - Pumpkin Waffles w/Apple Cider Syrup.  I have made this one before and it is really good.

      Dinner - Didn't make this last time around
        Slow Cooker German Potato Salad
        Brats
        Baked Beans

MRice with Butternut Squash (new but recommended by a friend)
     Chicken of some kind

T: Individual Beef Pies (new)
     Creamy Parmesan Mashed Potatoes (new)- make extra for freezing
      
W:  Johns pick - Grilled Cheese Sandwich and Tomato Soup

Th: Date night:  Spaghetti for kids

FTop Sirloin Kabobs & Avacado Sauce (new)
     Lime-Cilantro Quinoa Salad (new)
