Oct 30 Menu 208

J made up this menu.  Well actually he just did the dinners, but I'll take it.

Breakfast:
Cereal
toast, breakfast sausage, strawberries
cini rolls, fruit
yogurt parfait, pineapple
bagel cream cheese, fruit

Lunch:
orange smiles, fruit cup, pretzels
yogurt, fruit, crackers
meet & cheese mini kabob, pears, mandarines
pita chips & hummus, banana, pineapple
bagels with cream cheese or jelly, chips, orange, pears, cookie

Snack:
Gummies - , cheese & crackers
 Greek yogurt smoothies
popcorn

Dinner:
          pomegranates
         bread
        
Mon:  Chili

Tues:  Culvers fundraiser night

Wed: Buffalo Chicken wrap
         celery & carrots
          grapes

Thurs:  Spaghetti, meatballs
             oranges

Fri: Turkey tater tot hot dish - I actually don't use a recipe but there's a link if you need one.
       
Sat:   Pizza

Breakfast:
Oranges, strudel
pears, oatmeal

Lunch:
 cereal, babana, strawberries, kiwi,
  cereal, raspberries, grapes, baby bel cheese
ham & turkey, crackers, cheese, yogurt, apple slices
      
Dinner:
Sun:  Pumpkin Stuffed Shells (I forgot to buy half & half, so I used alfredo sauce that was sitting in my pantry)
          edamame (steamed with salt and pepper)

Mon: Waffles
           breakfast sausage
          raspberries & blueberries

Tues:   Turkey burger sliders
           Sweet Potato sticks
          watermelon

Wed:  popcorn & yogurt


        Bread

        pears

        potato wedges

Thurs:  Leftovers, or eat out

Strawberry banana smoothie, graham crackers, peaches
Real, pears

Lunch:
pasta, meatballs, carrots, apples, oranges
string cheese, gold fish crackers, blueberries, mini dogs
triscuits, salami, cheese, strawberries, yogurt
Ritz, pepperoni, string cheese, blueberries, yogurt raisins, chocolate chips

Snack:
Fruit Cup Cones - Use ice cream cones instead of bowls to hold cut-up fruit. Add yogurt beneath the fruit or place a dollop of it on top to mimic the look of whipped cream

Dinner:
Sun: Tacos

          Spinach Salad
          Bread
          Pomegranate

           Rice

Wed:  Turkey sandwich
