Dec 17th Menu #266

Breakfast:
Waffles
mango
Apple Fritter Bread (I skipped the frosting)

Lunch:
solami, crackers, blueberries
yogurt, pretzels, yogurt, blueberries
Bagel, yogurt, mango

Snack:
apple sauce
orange
cereal

Dinner:
Sun:   Eat it up

Mon:  Sloppy Joes - very good recipe would use again 
         fruit salad (apples, pears, blueberries, watermelon, kiwi)
          Home Fries

             pickles
             Pineapple
             Tomato Soup

Wed:  BLA(vadaco)T sandwiches
            baked beans
            Sweet Potato Wedges

Thurs:  Salad
            Bagels
Fri:  Pizza


Sat:  Ground Turkey Tacos - good taco recipe.  Instead on taco seasoning mix I used approximately: 2tsp chili powder, 2 tsp Cumin, 1/2 tsp dried garlic, a dash of cayenne pepper, a pinch of oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp paprika.
