Turmeric chicken w rice - this was ok not great. I actually really liked the rice. The chicken didn't have much flavor.
Mon:
Baked potato bar
Tues:
Sheet pan butter steak bites and veggies - I wouldn't make this again. Not much flavor; not worth the cost of beef.
Wed:
Spaghetti with meatballs
Roasted carrots - I liked the roasted carrots. Super easy. I did not cook them as long as suggested.
Thurs:
Black bean burritos
Fri:
Butternut squash flatbread - Drizzled with honey (hot honey would be better) which made this pretty good. I would make again if I already had squash in the freezer (which is what I had). I wouldn't roast a squash just for this.
