January 28 menu

 Breakfast:  

Oatmeal apple bars - not great,  better if heated in the microwave

Strawberry-orange smoothie


Pumpkin bread -decreased sugar by half. replace some of the flour with whole wheat.


Dinner:

Fridge clean-out


Mon:

Burgers

Potatoes


Tues:

Pumpkin waffles with apple syrup - substitute 1/2 cup with whole wheat flour

Hashbrowns


Wed:

Chicken quesadillas


Thurs:

Spaghetti


Fri:

Frittata - veggies were broccoli, red pepper, and shallot. Used milk instead of cream

Toast


Sat:

Eat out
