Strawberry muffins - too sweet for me, and the texture was to moist (bordered on mushy)

Travel day = whatever we can find in the freezer

Tues:
Frittata - we just did 4 whole eggs and added some milk. Mr. B didn’t like the broccoli.
Berry quinoa parfait - pretty good, much better than I expected
Upside down pear pancake - I didn’t love this. The pancake part was kind of rubbery.
Wed:
Roasted sweet potato wedges
Garlic broccoli stir-fry - I liked this. kids didn't like the beans
Thurs:
One pot pasta with zucchini and leeks in white wine sauce - not good, pasta burned to the bottom of the pan. Sauce had no flavor.
Fri:
Homemade pizza
Sat:
Farro salad with butternut squash and avocado - i like the flavor, but this salad is a lot of work. I even used pre-cut squash I had in my freezer.
