March 31 -April 6

Sun: Easter Sunday.  Swiss Cheese fondue (ham, bread & broccoli dunkers)

Mon:  meat loaf  - didn't make last week

Tue:  Dinner at friends house

Wed:  Chicken Milenase

Thurs:  taco salad

Fri: pizza - I made this crust last week and liked it a lot.  We baked on the pizza stone in 500 degree F oven for about 10 minutes.  I also used active dry yeast instead of instant.

Sat: skillet lasagna

* I will use ground turkey instead of beef for either the taco dish or lasagna dish
