Menu #138

Breakfast:
Blueberry muffins
Cinnamon Roll Waffles - I just added a little milk to the frosting that comes with the rolls.  I didn't add the extra sugar.


Snack:

Lunch:
bagels with cream cheese, mixed berries
Chichen nuggets, pears
Yogurt, grapes and melon

Dinners:
Sun:  Chef Salads
          Blueberries
          toasted bagels

          Side Salad
          Black Grapes

          Grilled Turkey Sandwich
         Cantaloupe
         
Wed:  Spinach & Egg Salad Wraps
           fruit
           chips

Thurs:  Heading out of town tomorrow.  Eat up whatever we can or frozen pizza.

Fri: On the road - Eat Out

Sat: TBD
