Oct 9 Menu #205

Breakfast:
 Oatmeal or cereal
 Cinnamon rolls, mixed fruit
Cereal, peaches
 Bagels, cream cheese, oranges
Yogurt Parfait, pineapple

Lunch:
 Wheat thins, string cheese, strawberries,
Bagels, cream cheese or jelly, apples, strawberries, pudding
pretzels, turkey, oranges, cookie
  noodles, strawberries, meatballs,  pineapple
crackers, pepperoni, oranges, yogurt, 

Snack:
Smoothie
Banana slices, green grape, animal crackers
Granola Bars      
Dinner:
Sun:  Turkey burgers
         pasta salad
          watermelon
          pickles

          carrots
          dill potato salad

Tues:  Brocoli Salad

Wed:  Bean burritos 
          Spanish  Rice

Thurs:  pumpkin pancakes  
             breakfast sausage

Fri: Homemade pizza


Sat:  Spaghetti & meatballs
