July 23 Menu #246

Breakfast:
Chocolate Pancakes
oatmeal
cinnamon bread or cereal, blueberries
Cereal

Lunch:
leftovers

Snack:
sunflower seeds, grapes
yogurt, nuts, blueberries
trail mix

Dinner:
Sun:  Hotdogs
          pickles
          fruit platter

Mon:  Veggie Bowls - I made the quinoa with soy ginger sauce
          Cherries
           apple turnovers

Tues:  Chicken Tenders - kids loved these
             carrot and celery sticks
             strawberries

Wed:  Panini
           tomato soup
           Corn on the cob

           Mixed Green salad

Fri:  Pizza
       Spinach Salad

              Crackers
              Rhubarb Pie
