    Thurs - Oatmeal with Apple and Cinnamon
    Fri - Omelets with Bacon and Mushrooms
    Sat - Cereal
    Sun - Sausages, Toast and Fried Eggs

    Drink with Breakfast - Coffee / Water / Milk
