Oct 28 Menu #312

Breakfast: 
Blueberry muffins, raspberries
Bagels, fruits
Cinnamon bread
Oatmeal

Lunch:
Salami,  mango, cinnamon toast, carrots
Cheese omlet, mini pancakes, jicama, cinnamon apple slices 
Cheesy bread, kiwi, pineapple & mandarine oranges, sugar cookie
Nachos, corn, banana, applesauce
Chessy bread, apples, peaches
Tomato soup, toast, raspberries, chips

Snacks:
Yogurt, mango
Apple
Mini muffins

Dinner:  
sun: Salad

Mon:  Burgers - w/ lettuce, tomato, pickle, avocado 
          Potato wedges
          Fresh pineapple

Tues:  Spaghetti
           Red sauce
           Turkey meatballs

Wed: Halloween: Mummy dogs (without cheese)
          Fruit salad (red grapes, raspberries, apples, pineapple, blackberries)
         
Thurs: Onion & pepper frittata (we used green onion)
           Toast
           Fruit

Fri:  Pizza


Sat:  Dinner at a friends:
         Turkey
         Chili
         Rolls
         Sautéed Cauliflower
         Salad
