January 5. Menu #373

Breakfast:  
Cereal
     fruit cup

Leftover pancakes
    yogurt
    
Healthy blueberry muffins - stuck to the muffin papers but tasted good.
     grapefruit
     apples


Cheerios w/ blueberries

Oatmeal

Lunch: 
lots of leftovers and things from the freezer

Snacks:
Pretzels
Dried mangos
fresh cheese curds
popcorn

Dinner:  
Sun:  Baked potato cooked in a pressure cooker 
         popcorn chicken
        strawberries

Mon:   pesto pasta

Tues:  New Years Eve
         steak with best steak marinade 
         pressure cooker risotto
         mixed veggies

Wed:  tomato soup w/ pierogi
    Fridge/pantry clean out

          falafel or turkey burger
          couscous

Fri:  Garlic potato wedges cooked in air fryer
        tomato soup
       vegan "egg" salad sandwich
        fresh pineapple

Sat:  Pizza & salad
