Burgers w/ veggie toppings


Whole wheat rolls - kids didn't like them

Apple spinach salad 


Pineapple black bean enchiladas - these were ok


Ginger veggie stir-fry - omit salt/add to taste

Brown rice

Watermelon


Pumpkin chocolate chip pancakes - pumpkin pancakes w/out chocolate are preferred in my house

Tropical mango, pineapple, berry smoothie
