Oct 8 menu #561

 Breakfast:  

Zucchini, carrot, apple muffins - made a couple changes: used canola oil instead of coconut.  Used 1/4  brown sugar instead of coconut sugar.  


Lunch: 

Strawberry-orange smoothie

Muffins above

Baked chips, 


Leftover soup
Clemintine
Apple fritter

Chickpea "tuna" sandwich
Clementine
Raspberries
Green beans

Bagel
Kiwi
Clementine
Baked chips

Dinner:

Sun:

Honey glazed chicken

Rice

Mon:

Chickpea noodle soup - tastes good but needs fewer noodles or more broth

Quesadillas


Tues:

Sheet pan sausage and veggie - used green beans, red potatoes, red onion, and orange pepper for veggies

Couscous


Wed:

Spaghetti

Meatballs  - one liked the meatballs, one thought they were too mushy

Side salad


Thurs:

Flatbread pizza 


Fri:

French toast

Banana


Sat:

Burrito bowls
