Jan 22 menu #220

Breakfast:
Ben's Mango Blackberry smoothie (one mango, some blackberries, 5 oz yogurt of choice, some ice)
cinnamon bread, fruit
Ben's Mango Pear Smoothie (one mango, 1/2 pear, 5oz yogurt of choice, about 6 ice cubes)
Cereal, fruit
Hazel's Raspberry smoothie  (frozen raspberries, yogurt, milk, sugar to taste)

Lunch:
Leftovers
mini corn dogs, grapes, mangos, 
Bagel, blueberries, 
turkey sandwich, raspberries
Eat out

Snack:
Donuts at church
milk, berries, cashews, mango

Dinner:
Sun: Leftovers

           clementines

            Bread

Wed:  Burgers
          Chips
         Fruit

Thurs:  Fridge clean out

FrI:  Pizza

Sat:  pork with rice
        Spinach salad instead of the cooked greens
