PBJ “donut” - This was my daughters invention. Flatten a hamburger bun. Fill with jelly. Spread peanut butter on the top. Sprinkle with sugar. Microwave 10-15 seconds
Blueberry slushy - the kids really liked this one

Dinner:
Pressure cooker fajitas - I wouldn’t recommend this. The meat was pretty blah and the veggies were very mushy even though I shortened the cooking time. The sheet pan oven versions are much better

Instant pot sesame chicken- this was pretty good

Strawberry rhubarb upside down cake 3/4 pounds rhubarb = 2.25 cups. This was good but it's a lot for a 8 inch round cake. It over flowed the pan while cooking (which i was prepared for).
