June 21st Menu #397

Breakfast:  
Apple fritter breakfast casserole - the kids like regular monkey bread better

cereal

Carrot zucchini bread (half recipe 1 egg) - because I had zucchini to use up

Amish Friendship bread

Lunch:    
Mostly leftovers

Cold rice salad - used leftover rice
    grapes

tuna melt
   cherries

buffalo chicken wraps
 apples

Snacks:
apples
watermelon
cherries
Tangy beet dip I only needed 2 beets to make 1 cup.  Eat it with club crackers and it tastes oddly like deli ham spread.

Dinner:  
           cantaloup
    
Orange glazed meatballs with baby bok choy and brown rice - I thought the sweet pepper sauce might be spicy for the kids, but it wasn't.  J said I should make it again sometime.

Salad
   bread

    watermelon

Homemade pizza - Pizza crust   
   1) pepperoni & turkey sausage
   2) BBQ chicken 
   3) Pesto w/ yellow squash & green onion

Take out
    burgers & fries

Pasta w/red sauce
   salad
