April 2nd Menu #533

Lunch:

Buffalo salad
Apple

Bean burrito

Tuna sandwich
Pineapple

Leftovers


Dinner:

Parmesan roasted baby potatoes - I used 1.5 lbs of potatoes, and only 1-2 tsps of butter with olive oil (just enough to coat the pan)

Burgers


Light and fluffy pumpkin pancakes - these turned out ok for me, but the batter is think and takes longer to cook.

Yogurt parfait (vanilla yogurt, strawberries, blueberries, granola)

Hashbrowns


Grilled cheese

Tomato soup


Baked potato 

Fruit salad (pineapple, raspberries, green grapes)


Chicken burritos

Orange smiles

Guacamole & chips


Pizza


Almond vegetable stir-fry

Noodles
