Nov 1 Menu 156

Breakfast:
Rice Cakes, Chocolate Soy Butter, Banana
Whole Wheat Toast, Breakfast Sausage 
Oatmeal, oranges
pumpkin-spice-pull-apart-bread - I used half the sugar/spice mixture, omitted the butter, and made half the frosting.  It was good.
Cereal, applesauce

Lunch:
sandwich, apple, veggies, pudding
chicken nuggets, blackberries, yogurt
jerky, teddy grams, yogurt, peaches & blueberries
Bagel, fruit, yogurt

Snacks:
Fruit,
Pumpkin seeds,
Ginger Snaps

Dinner:
Sun: Grilled Cheese w/ tomato, avocado, & bacon
        Buffalo Cauliflower
        Grapes

Mon: Hazel’s Pick - French toast
          Sausage Links
          Banana, Craisins, Raisins

Tues:  acorn squash
           parmesan rice
           pear salad

Wed:   John’s pick - Chili
            oven fries

Thurs: Chicken burrito

Fri:  Dinner at friends


Sat:  Ben’s Pick - Pizza
