May 31 Menu #394

Breakfast:  
blueberry muffins
  banana

apple danish
   blueberries

    granola bar

Orange Julius - one kid loved it, one kid did not.
   bagels

Pumpkin scones - I made a half batch.  I didn't love these.  The flavor was ok but the texture was not to my liking.

Lunch:    
cheese & crackers
     juice

leftovers

Cheese omelet
     apples

French toast sticks
    fruit

Snacks:
Carrot cake
gold fish crackers
granola bars
pop tarts
cereal

Dinner: 
Korean beef bulgogi - this was ok. The consensus was that it was too sweet.

home made chicken tenders
     pears
     potato chip 
     carrots,

Spaghetti squash enchiladas - i cooked it in an oven proof skillet instead of transferring it back to the shells
      rainbow fruit kabobs - we used different fruits but the same concept (watermelon, orange, pineapple, honeydew, blueberries and grapes)
      Spanish rice

Avocado sandwich - didn't follow the recipe on this one either
    Pressure cooker buffalo wing potatoes - if i made this again i would use blue cheese instead of cheddar and celery instead of peppers.
